Apsara Copenhagen receives online payments with Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, ViaBill, Visa Electron, Maestro, JBC, American Express, Diner’s Club.

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

In stock: 1-4 business days
Remote storage: 2-6 weeks and specially manufactured product up to 8 weeks.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delivery time over 8 weeks in case of force majors.

Shipping is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without distribution” or “with distribution”.

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package, from our warehouse and home to you.



30 days full return policy is given on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 30 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

Request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and reach us within 30 days after we have been informed of your use of the cancellation right.

Request for use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to mail info@apsaracopenhagen.com. The notice should clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal.


Condition of return upon return

You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you have to try the product in the same way as if you were in a physical store.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when you cancel your purchase, you will receive a small portion or none of the purchase amount. It is up to Apsara Copenhagen to assess the condition of the product.



There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Purchase Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaint regarding errors and deficiencies must be reported to Apsara Copenhagen in reasonable time after the goods have been received. Here, max. two months as reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived by improper or unusual operation of the product.

Apsara Copenhagen covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
